As the acting Supervising Casting Producer/Director for over 30 shows and Producer for at least a dozen more, Roz has been a part of the casting process and helped to build essential foundations for some of the biggest Emmy winning shows in reality television. There is no genre, age range or subject matter she hasn't tackled working on shows like, Survivor, America's Got Talent, The Amazing Race,Outback Jack, Who Wants To Marry My Dad, The Dr. Phil Show, Average Joe, The Bachelor, Kid's Say The Darndes't Things, Who Wants To Be A Superhero and the list goes on and on.

Beginning his career as the Promotional Director as Clear Channel Communications, the largest out-of-home media company in the world, Jason managed promotion and marketing for two of the top rated stations in Arizona. Since then he has gone on to develop marketing partnerships with the NBA Phoenix Suns, WNBA Phoenix Mercury, Sacramento Kings, UTEP and Subway. All of which he did before taking over the acting Vice President of Business Development at Guy Vita Insurance Agency. If anything, Jason is marked by his brilliance. His wit and creative inclination allows our company to break ground and plant the seeds of growing progressive revolution.
