Last week we had the opportunity to sit down with America's Got Talent Supervising Casting Producer Roz Taylor Jordan and learn about some of the current projects she is working on. Roz has worked on a lot of reality shows like MTV's Singled Out, The Amazing Race, Survivor, The Bachelor and many more. America's Got Talent on NBC is the only variety show currently on TV that gives people the opportunity to showcase their talent. Roz also offered up some casting tips:

• When you do your casting tape, make sure your lighting is good. Make sure we can see you clearly.
  
  
• Tell us why you want to be on the show. Don't just tell us you are great, show us.
  
  
• Fill out the application completely, give us details.
  
  
• If there is a local open casting call make sure you try to attend it.
  
  
• Apply Now to be on NBC's America's Got Talent or attend an Open Casting Call
